Your choices
Account deletion
You may request permanent account deletion from ThinkWire Settings or our public deletion page. Profiles and social data are deleted or anonymized within 30 days. Minimum invoice, receipt, payment, refund and tax support records remain for six years after the relevant tax year. Covered breach records remain for 24 months. Operational records expire after 30 or 90 days, and encrypted backups within one month.
A fresh account using the same email receives none of the deleted account’s registrations or history.
Accounts with organizer or platform administrator access cannot be deleted while that access remains.
