Delete your ThinkWire account
Deleting your ThinkWire account permanently ends access across every event and organization. Your profile, networking activity, meetings, messages and settings are deleted or anonymized. We retain only limited financial records for six years from the end of the relevant tax year and covered security-breach records for 24 months where required. Encrypted backups expire within one month. Deletion cannot be undone, but the same email may later create a new account that does not inherit the deleted account’s registrations or history.

We email a confirmation link that expires after one hour.

Access ends everywhere as soon as you confirm. There is no cancellation period.

Cleanup completes within 30 days, and we email you when it is done.

Accounts with organizer or platform administrator access can’t be deleted. If yours has that access, we email you instead of sending a link.
